On September 12, 2023, an expanded meeting of the organizing committee of the3rd International Forum of Cybersecurity of the State “DIGITECH” was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Alexander Shoitov. Representatives of departments of the Ministry, as well as more than 60 key companies of the information security industry were invited to participate in the meeting.

Within the framework of the meeting, the concept of united holding of the 3rd International Forum of Cybersecurity of the State “DIGITECH”, the 10th Jubilee All-Russian Forum "IT Dialogue 2023" and the 5th International Municipal Forum "BRICS +" was presented: integration of exposition and business programs of all three events.

Alexander Shoitov emphasized the importance of forming programs with high technological and constructive content and its presentation to the target audience of the events: leaders in the digitalization of the regions of Russia, representatives of large business and natural monopolies in the banking and production sectors, representative office of the BRICS countries. He also focused on a thorough study of the agendas of plenary and partner sessions which are planned to be attended by the representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, heads of federal and regional authorities.

The General Industry Co-Organizer of the DIGITECH Forum - Positive Technologies JSC - proposed to form a special program of events for deputy governors of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation responsible for digitalization.

Co-organizers of the Forum - FGBU "Svyazist" and ECG BIZON LLC. - provided detailed information on the formats of participation in the events and opportunities for presenting domestic IT developments in Exhibition and Business programs.

Sergey Marichev, General Director of ECG BIZON LLC, presented a new element of the exposition program - the Digital Industrial Park of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. As a participant of the exhibition, a company will be provided with an equipped workplace to present its products and the opportunity to become a Speaker in one of the thematic sections of the DIGITECH Forum.

Victoria Belaya, Head of the Department of Organization and Holding of Events of "Svyazist" Federal State Budgetary Institution, announced a list of key plenary and thematic sections to the meeting participants. The meeting discussed the issues of inviting representatives of state bodies - regulators of industry sectors (Russian Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Justice of Russia, FSTEC of Russia, FSB of Russia) to participate in organizing the events of the Business Program.

In conclusion, Alexander Shoitov expressed confidence in a good reserve in the programs of the DIGITECH Forum and invited the meeting participants to more actively work on the formation of its content.
